This module defines the Jenny Oscillator as described in Walters, B, "Multi-functional period resonance decay in a Jenny Oscillator structure" found at https://www.ideals.illinois.edu/items/120830. The parameters bx and fx are explained there. It is named after Georges Jenny, who invented the Ondioline.
